In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data,
the WE ARE WATER FOUNDATION hereby informs you that the personal data provided to
the foundation, as well as any other data provided during the relationship with
the foundation, has been added to a file which is owned by the foundation and is
duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
The purpose of this file is that of sending information about the WE ARE WATER
FOUNDATION and its activities to the interested party. By providing the data, the
interested party grants express authorisation for their personal data to be
handled for the aforementioned purposes, including the sending of said
information via e-mail or any other equivalent system of communication.
Furthermore, interested parties may exercise their rights to access, rectify,
cancel or oppose the data by writing to the WE ARE WATER FOUNDATION,
quoting "LOPD", at Avda. Diagonal 513, 08029 Barcelona.
