Mònica López

Meteorologist

Spanish meteorologist and television presenter. She is the weather presenter in Telediario 2 (evening news bulletin) in Televisión Española and director of Meteorology at RTVE.

She graduated in Physics, specializing in Earth and Cosmos, from the University of Barcelona in 1997.1​ She has a Master in Political Analysis, from the Open University of Catalonia, with a specialty in Brand and Corporate Communication by UOC. After finishing her studies in Physics she joined SAM, the first Spanish company engaged in meteorological information. He made her debut on television in the show Teletiempo in Vía Digital and later on in the Canal Meteo of Canal Satélite Digital.
