PURPOSE

Your data will be processed for one or more of the following purposes:

  • If you request information or wish to subscribe to our electronic newsletters, your data will be processed to provide you with the requested information and other information related to the We Are Water Foundation, including by electronic means.
  • Since this form is for participating in the walks by making a donation, your data will be processed to manage said donation and your participation in the event.

The We Are Water Foundation will only process personal data if at least one of the following circumstances applies:

  • You have requested information or subscribed to our electronic newsletters.
  • You have made a donation or participated in one of our events, thereby giving your consent for the processing of your data.

DATA TRANSFER AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We inform you that Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. and its group of companies, including, but not limited to, Diamond Resorts (Europe) Limited, will have access to the “Walkathon for Water” data containing your personal information. You have the right to revoke any consent you have given and to access the information we hold about you, to rectify it, to erase it, to object to its processing, to request the restriction of processing, or to request the portability of your data.
