Se aceptan candidaturas de cualquier nacionalidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfSe puede presentar un cortometraje si hay m\u00e1s de un autor? <\/strong><br \/>S\u00ed, un mismo cortometraje puede presentarse bajo la autor\u00eda de hasta un m\u00e1ximo de cinco personas. No obstante se tendr\u00e1 que escoger a una persona de contacto para que act\u00fae como interlocutor con la Fundaci\u00f3n We Are Water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 condiciones deben cumplir los cortometrajes para ser aceptados?<\/strong><br \/>La <strong>tem\u00e1tica<\/strong> del cortometraje para esta segunda edici\u00f3n debe estar relacionada con la problem\u00e1tica del acceso a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wearewater.org\/es\/tema-2013_123308?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=post_blog_cast&amp;utm_term=tematica&amp;utm_campaign=3_faq1\">agua y saneamiento<\/a><\/span>. La <strong>duraci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la obra debe oscilar entre 1 y 3 minutos para las categor\u00edas micro-film\/documental y animaci\u00f3n; y entre 10 y 15 segundos en la categor\u00eda Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, todos los cortometrajes, a excepci\u00f3n de los suscritos en la categor\u00eda Instagram, deber\u00e1n incluir <strong>carteleras<\/strong> de inicio y final proporcionadas en las <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wearewater.org\/es\/bases_123275?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=post_blog_cast&amp;utm_term=baseslegales&amp;utm_campaign=3_faq1\">bases legales<\/a>. El peso m\u00e1ximo de los <strong>v\u00eddeos<\/strong> ser\u00e1 de 100MB y podr\u00e1 presentarse en cualquier formato permitido por YouTube, con una resoluci\u00f3n m\u00ednima aceptable. El <strong>idioma<\/strong> es libre, pero si es diferente al ingl\u00e9s, el corto se deber\u00e1 subtitular en ingl\u00e9s. Todos los cortometrajes deber\u00e1n haberse filmado y producido expresamente para su participaci\u00f3n en el Festival. M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wearewater.org\/es\/bases_123275?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=post_blog_cast&amp;utm_term=baseslegales&amp;utm_campaign=3_faq1\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funcionan los derechos de los cortometrajes presentados?<\/strong><br \/>La Fundaci\u00f3n We Are Water, adquiere los derechos de explotaci\u00f3n en todo el mundo sobre cualquier cortometraje que se presente en el Festival, durante el periodo de dos a\u00f1os y sin obligaci\u00f3n de retribuir a su autor(es) de ning\u00fan modo. Los tres a\u00f1os siguientes, la propiedad se comparte con el autor quien, despu\u00e9s de este per\u00edodo recupera la total autor\u00eda siempre y cuando no se trate de una pieza ganadora.
